The decorticator / removing husksi JPC30 and JPC50, is made in various sizes for various courses, has the characteristic of shelling seeds of: spelled, millet, paddy, sunflower, quinoa and other seeds such as hemp and buckwheat seeds. For millet it has a hulling capacity of 95-98% it does not break the seeds except to a lesser extent than 2-3%. The decortication principle takes place by passing the product through a variable speed impeller, the product is thrown against a special surface. In the impact, the husk detaches from the seed and a current of air raises the seeds and the husk. Subsequently the two products are separated in a tarara. An efficient control screen is also provided that separates the hulled seeds from the non-hulled ones, using as combined principles both the difference in size and the difference in weight floating in a current of air. |
