Shelling JP20

JP20

The decorticator / undressing machine JP20 is a machine of Japanese origin created to undress rice, the company Antenore Visentin makes it suitable for European Community legislation, therefore complete with CE plate, manual in Italian, etc.

It is also modified for processing multiple products such as millet and spelled.

JP20 therefore mainly suitable for: paddy rice; einkorn spelled; forro dicooco; spelled, millet.

It can be used even if with less efficiency for: sunflower seeds, quinoa, buckwheat, lentils, etc.

For millet and all three types of spelled it has a hulling efficiency that can reach 95-98%.

It does not break the seeds if not less than 2-3%.

The principle of decortication is by impact, the machine has an inlet hopper, the product is introduced with an adjustable flow rate through an impeller that can rotate at variable speed, the product is thrown against a special surface that surrounds the impeller.

In the impact, the husk separates from the seed and an air current generated by a built-in fan first lifts the seeds and the husk and then separates them, then the two products come out in two distinct outlets.

The machine is complete with a small control screen that separates the hulled seeds from the non-hulled ones, the latter are aspirated and automatically return to the cycle.

Advantage of the machine is that it is complete, like a small miniature plant, consumes little energy, has a high degree of efficiency

Other models are JP24M, JP30 and JP50
