Description

The TS turbo sieve is a modern evolution of the typical tumbler, the purpose of the machine is to sift a ground product and divide it into several fractions.

The machine consists of: a carbon steel sheet case supported by 4 legs; a horizontal axis rotor with special stainless steel fin beater; detaching veil in special mesh that completely envelops the cylinder maximizing the size of the detaching surface; drive with coaxial motor.

The product entrance is located on the top; a spiral conveyor facilitates the introduction of the product into the sieving chamber, the beater performs a high centrifugation action of the product, the particular arrangement of the advance vanes allows the complete use of the entire detaching surface of the shell.

The effective centrifugal action of the rotor keeps the peeling surface constantly active, with a slight vibration, allowing high yield even with 'difficult' flours. Depending on the models, the foreseen outputs can be 3 or 4. Starting from the product input, the finest flours are collected in the first outputs and then the coarser ones, in the last output there is the waste fraction, typically in cereals it is bran.

A large inspection door is located at the front with large windows and wood finishes, to give the machine an elegant appearance.
