Specifications

The machine consists of:

Case in steel plate supported by four legs.

Horizontal axis rotor with beaters pallet.

Cylindrical sifting mantle of special mesh.

Coaxial rotor and motor axis.

Our machine is particularly suitable for truing flour (safe passage), before the bagging or packaging.

The entry of the product and is on the top; a spiral conveyor facilitates the introduction of it into the Aft Reel that carries a high centrifugal action of the product. The particular arrangements of the advancing blades allow also the full use of the sifting surface of the mantle.

 

The discharge of waste occurs through the channel located in the terminal part of the coat. 

A large inspection hatch is located at the top of machine.

The centrifugal action of the rotor is constantly keeping active the sifting surface, allowing a high yield.
