Specifications
The separator consists of a vibrating case suspended by vibration dampers, a supporting frame, vibration is ensured by one or two motors.
Inside the crate vibrating there are one, two or three screens depending on the configuration chosen in the order.
A unique feature of this separator is that you can order with removable side screens, so the machine can be installed in small spaces.
The number of sieves depends on the type of processing to be performed: 2 sieves is the most commonly used standard configuration; 3 screens are required for cleaning the corn to separate the broken beans; a single sieve is required for cleaning the wet product before drying, or a crumbling of a product.
A frontal tarara (optional) performs a counter-current wash of the product leaving the machine
Operation
The product flows into the box load distribution, and is dosed evenly on vibrating sieves.
Are separated in this way from the main product impurities of larger or smaller dimensions.
Sieves are self-cleaning.
