Specifications

The machine is simple and works without the aid of electricity. It consists of two conical pieces on the outside, joined with columns, and in the centre by a transparent tube.

On the top element is the entry of the product, a  tank, a plug to access the adjustment of the conical bottom of the tank, a port for connecting the aspirator, equipped with a butterfly damper.

The lower part consists of a hopper for discharge of clean product.

Operation

The product enters in a cylindrical tank equipped with a conical bottom. Here it is distributed in a uniform manner and is crossed by a current of air which cleans it up of its lighter parts.

The air velocity is adjusted through a butterfly damper located above the suction attachment. The separation process is visible through the large transparent circular element. 

Benefits

The circular shape allows the machine to an effective degree of separation in a small space.

The Ø 300 offers the same size or productivity of a rectangular air separator with a width of 1000 mm.  The product is evenly hit by the air, even if it arrives in a discontinuous mode.

 The fine adjustment is made simple by the big transparent surface.
