Our magnetic separators work without the aid of electricity

They are made of stainless steel and are equipped with a large sealed door mounted on hinges.

They can be square or cylindrical in shape.

The SMC cylindrical magnetic separator consists of a cylindrical body made of thick stainless-steel sheet and the door supports a cylindrical torpedo complete with permanent neodymium magnets.

In the case of the magnetic separator SMQ panel instead the body is square.

The magnetic separator is indispensable in order to avoid breakdowns or breakages caused by any ferrous elements present in the product.

Operation

The product enters at the top, goes down by gravity and is uniformly distributed over the entire circumference.

The metallic parts attracted by the magnetic field are retained by magnets while the product exits on the bottom.

Opening the door, the magnet can be removed; this allows cleaning without the risk of contamination of the product with ferrous parts.
