Rotor with discs mounted directly on the crankshaft with fixed cutting blades made of special steel and oscillating hammers of hardened steel.

Product and air enter together centrally relative to the impeller, this significantly improves the yield and the evacuation of the grinded.

The grid wraps around the rotor 360 °, thereby having wider sifting surface.

Large front hatch for easy inspection and changing of  grid.

Operation

The product enters the top, dosed by a cochlea driven by a variable speed gear motor. An internal fan launches the grinded product tangential to the mill from the upper exit. The operation is silent and vibration free.

  A machine extremely useful for the grinding of bran, and any type of fibrous product such as straw and sawdust used also to grind the waste of the cleaning of grain, used for the grinding of difficult products with the presence of fat.

It has the characteristic of providing the launch of the product directly to a silo
