It is used in the products grinding process with low power consumption, achieving very precise distribution curves with a low dust production.
With the 4G you can grind ROI Calcium oxide up to 100 mm.
It is a machine of extraordinary strength and stability, appropriately sized to withstand maximum loads with minimal vibration.
The feeding is through a dosing roller with helical grooves which guarantees a uniform distribution of the product on the grinding rolls. The roller speed is adjustable by a hydraulic speed variator.
The grinding is performed by two pairs of rollers made from a special casting metal alloy NiCrMo, dynamically balanced to allow two independent ways.
The steel of the roller shafts are machined with conical seat and thread to the bearing housing.
The disassembly of the bearings is effected with extreme simplicity by means of a hydraulic extraction system.
The adjustment of the distance and parallelism of the rollers is electronically manipulated with a remote control.
A hydraulic control unit adjusts the working pressure.
The two nitrogen tanks are placed within the hydraulic unit, to allow a constant cushioning effect in the event of passage of foreign bodies.
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system that indicates the existance of low grease and also report problems related to lubrication.
