It has been designed and built to meet the most demanding needs of companies that produce premixes, i.e. grinding of limestone, dolomitic rock or other types of rock.

It’s used in the secondary grinding to reduce particle size of the product with low power consumption and obtain distribution curves very accurate that can be easily determined with limited production of filler.

It is a machine of extraordinary strength and stability, appropriately sized to withstand maximum loads with minimal vibration.
The product enters through a metering roller with helical grooves which guarantees a uniform distribution of the product on the grinding rolls. The roller speed is adjustable by an hydraulic variator.
The grinding is performed by a pair of rollers made off a casting of a special metal alloy dynamically balanced to allow two independent passes.
The steel of the roller shafts are machined with conical seat and thread to the bearing housing.
The disassembly of the bearings is effected with extreme simplicity by means of a hydraulic extraction system.
The adjustment of the distance and parallelism of the rollers is micrometrical. An hydraulic unit allows adjustment of pressure. The two nitrogen tanks are placed within the hydraulic unit, to allow a constant cushioning effect in the event of passage of foreign bodies.
