Specifications

The CT Tubular Auger and the TC Hopper with Auger are simple machines suitable for transporting and possibly dosing various products both in granules and in powder form.

They are normally used in the following sectors: agricultural, milling, chemical, plastic / metal recycling, mining, steel and pharmaceutical industries.

Our CT screw conveyors can be made to work in horizontal CTO, inclined CTI and vertical CTV position.

The inclined and vertical augers are set up with a total emptying system that guarantees maximum cleanliness in case of product change. 

Standard

The standard diameters of the tube we use for our augers are: Ø120, Ø150, Ø200, Ø300.

Our augers are made either in painted carbon steel or, on request, in aisi304 stainless steel.

Inlet and outlet can be round or rectangular in shape, in the case of round inlet / outlet the diameter is normally equal to the diameter of the auger tube.

Up to a length of 3 meters, intermediate supports are not normally envisaged.

The motorization is normally with a gearmotor placed on the unloading side connected to the auger axis with an elastic joint.

Out of standard

Typically, it is a machine that we make suitable for the place of use and for the product to be transported or dosed, therefore: length, inclination, inlet and outlet dimensions, complete with hopper, or wheeled. These are all characteristics that we can adapt to the need.
