Specifications

The machine is simple and works without the aid of electricity. It consists externally of two conical metal bodies. In the upper piece is the entry of the product, and the aspiration jack complete with a butterfly damper.

In the center there is a rotating propeller that expands the flow of product to make it more effective in removal from air of the light parts.

The lower part consists of a hopper for releasing the clean product.

Operation

The grain enters the top and falls on the propeller fan that distributes it to the ascending current of air that cleans its lighter parts.

The air speed is adjusted with a butterfly damper placed over the aspiration jack.

The separation process is visible through the large transparent element.
