Our intensive augers are made of steel AISI 304.

Suitable to increase the moisture of the cereal before its grinding or for any other type of subsequent processing.

A doser that can be controlled by an inverter and with a capacitative probe that feels the presence of the product, doses the cereal at the entrance.

A panel complete with manually adjustable flow meter, and with solenoid valve allows the introduction of water only when the doser introduces the cereal into the auger.

The CIC auger by intensely mixing corn with water facilitates its absorption. At the outlet of the auger the cereal does not appear externally wet, because the intensive action of mixing causes the water to penetrate inside the product.
