With the decelerator JPc30 it is possible not only to decorticate and undress other products, but also to perform the decortication of buckwheat.

Other decortication systems exist, but generally buckwheat is a difficult product. Besides the difficulty in decortication with normally made scarce (50-55%), it is difficult to separate the undressed and no undressed seeds.

With our decelerator JPc30 we are able to obtain a good quality product in a single pass.

Next step for maximum precision may be the optical sorter,

or a small densimetric separator.
